Proudly servicing homes and businesses since 2019!
Earth Doctors was founded by Thomas Gibson, a Brookfield native and 2017 graduate of Brookfield Central High School, with a simple goal: build a landscaping company known for hard work, dependable service, and taking genuine pride in every property we care for.
Thomas began landscaping shortly after high school, starting small and learning the business from the ground up. What began as mowing lawns and taking on smaller landscaping projects gradually grew through word of mouth, long days, repeat customers, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Over time, that hard work developed into what Earth Doctors is today—a growing full-service landscaping and property maintenance company serving both residential and commercial customers.
As the company has grown, so has our team. Earth Doctors is built around a group of hardworking individuals who share the same values of faith, family, integrity, and service. We believe the people behind the company are just as important as the equipment we operate or the services we provide. Our goal is to create a team environment where people take pride in their work, support one another, and treat every customer’s property with respect.
Brookfield will always be especially important to us. Having grown up in the community and graduated from Brookfield Central, Thomas takes tremendous pride in being able to build a local business that now serves the same neighborhoods, families, and businesses that helped shape him growing up.
Today, Earth Doctors provides professional lawn care, landscaping, seasonal cleanups, lawn installations, and snow and ice management. As we continue to grow, our mission remains the same: provide dependable service, build lasting relationships, and leave every property better than we found it.
